We cut fewer pieces so each one gets finished properly.

Maison Ndlovu began as a single workbench and a table of cloth samples. Today the workroom has twelve people, and every garment still passes through the hands of the person who cut it.

We buy deadstock and certified mill ends, plan each run against what the cloth allows, and stop when the roll runs out. That is why styles sell through and do not come back.
